Call Recorder

During a telephone conversation with an employee, contractor or business partner, there is often a need to save the information. If you note down the words you hear at the moment, you can make many mistakes or misunderstand them. In this case you might have to call back your interlocutor or check the data on the website.

Call Recorder is another HaloNet service, which is an extension to the Virtual Branch Exchange and it is a convenient solution for business. This service consists of saving outgoing calls, incoming calls or IVR Queue - and no special equipment is required. Recorded calls are stored on the HaloNet server (the limits are: 5GB, 10GB or 50GB, depending on the price list.) The customer has access to them after logging into his/her account. Files can also be downloaded to computer at any time.


The Call Recorder is available in 3 versions that depend on the size of the available space.

All the prices on our website are net prices - to obtain a gross price, VAT has to be applied.

Options for call recording, after the assigned space has been exhausted:

How to use this service?

1. If you do not have a Virtual branch exchange, please order it together with the Call Recorder, sending email to centrala@halonet.pl. The Call Recorder can be activated only with the Virtual Branch Exchange service.

2. If you do have the Virtual Branch Exchange, please send your order of Call Recorder to centrala@halonet.pl, providing a space size you choose and the method of call recording when you run out of space.

3. The service will be activated no later than in 3 business days. If you ordered it together with the Virtual branch exchange, the services shall be activated no later than in 7 business days.

4. If you wish to listen or download your recorded items, log in to your profile; choose 'Virtual Branch Exchange' from the menu on the left and then 'Show recorded calls'. If you want to download all the recorded items of given period of time, press 'Generate a list of links for recorded items' and use any of file downloading accelerator.

5. You can also change by yourself the method of call recording after the assigned space has been exhausted, to do that change 'Settings'.
